I recently placed an online order for a new phone. I updated my address while I was placing the order. I received a phone call from a Koodo assistant who wanted to confirm my address. However I couldn’t make it to the phone and was left with a voice message. What am I supposed to do now? I have no way of calling the advisor back and I do not want to experience a delay on my order. 

Hi All,I am looking at getting a new phone. Weighting my options on potentially getting a Samsung S1FE or a Google Pixel 7. My issue is that specs on the Samsung S1FE state it's only running Android 11. I am running Adroid 13 currently on my Samsung A71. How long generally does it take for a software update to come in? Just wondering since I feel Android 11 would be a considerable downgrade for me.

Im interested in buying a samsung A53 but currently says they arent available. Does anyone know if they get stock in frequently?

I got a new iPhone and for some reason, an android contact of mine cannot receive my text messages. I can get there’s, and but they can’t recieve mine. It’s not an issue with the phone, as this happened previously on my old phone. How to fix it?

I'm looking to upgrade my Pixel 3 to a Pixel 7. The plan I currently have is unlimited Canada calling and texting, plus 4Gb of data. However when I try to buy the new pixel 7 on the website it does not acknowledge my previous plan. I do not want to change my plan as it suits my needs very well, is there any way to keep the old plan and only upgrade my device?

I have switched over to koodo. When i try and call a family member who is also on Koodo the call goes through but you cannot hear anything on either phone.  If I call from a non koodo network or landline there is no issue only when I call another koodo customer.  I switched out the SIM card but it did not fix the problem.  Suggestions?

i know what phone number I called at certain time on a certain day, but it is not listed on my usage history. Another number is listed at the day and time..Also I have message from other iphones that are not listed at all on my message usage history.  Can someone explain this to me?

I broke my phone today by dropping it, it just turned off and won’t turn back on. I’ve tried plugging it in, holding the power button etc. Anyways, I tried to order a new phone, but when I get to the end of my purchase it asks to verify that I’m me by sending a 6 digit code to my phone that’s dead! So how do I get around this?  The phone in question is a google pixel 5a

Hi, I’m currently on a BYOD plan … I am looking to add a 2nd phone, likely a pre-owned phone … can I order this phone and pay the minimum monthly charge without messing up my current plan? Does the 2nd phone need to be locked into a Koodo plan for 24 months? And after the 24 months, the pre-owned phone would be mine with no further plan obligations? 

We have 2 Samsung A53 on our account. Had them nearly 1 yr, but issue seems to be worsening lately.Had trouble since beginning with sounding like robots to others we are calling. We hear perfectly fine on our end. We are constantly being told that they can’t hear or understand us. The only thing that works is switching to speaker mode. Anyone else experience this issue? Thanks.

I am not getting any network on OnePlus Nord 3 CE Lite. I tried APN settings suggested on site for Non-koodo phone but it did not work. Please help setting up my phone for network.

I'm trying to order two new sim cards for my two daughters and since my adress isnt available, I cant order anything.

I order 2 sim cards and received 2 emails with Account numbers.In order to transfer my 2 existing cell numbers I need to know which SIM goes with which account. Any ideas as to how I can figure out which SIM card is related to which account.

I lost my SIM card. How can I get a new SIM card while keeping my old phone number?

While I am in roaming abroad and not activated Easy Roaming , if I check voicemail from landline/another phone by dialing into my cell number and  press * to access my voicemail, will there be any roaming charges?

My wife's data is not working. This is the message that comes up when data is turned on plus the page it takes me to when I click the notification. Called support a few times, no issues showing on their end. They gave me some troubleshooting steps, take Sim card out, reset network, start phone etc but nothing is working. I even set up a new Sim card but still nothing. Even when logging into our account there's nothing to show a block on dataAny help would be great!!

I need Wi-Fi or unlimited data in case I’m traveling around Toronto while I have job in my computer so I always have to be online and ready to answer. Is it any services for that in Koodo? Would be great if it will not cost all my money.

Home phone works perfectly well,  with one exception.  After my home alarm is triggered it dials the monitoring station sent the alert and  then then the line is locked/left open the alarm keeps the line open waiting for something.  Somehow the trigger from the monitoring station to the alarm to disconnect the line is not being received.  The monitoring is done through Telus,  Is it a monitoring station issues or a Koodo home phone issue. Help

I have a TCL pro20 and the Bluetooth doesn't turn on after clicking it. It'll look like it's turning on then just stop. I've resetted the phone, cleared cache and removed synced devices my phone with no avail. Any tips you could offer to fix this?

I just received my new to me Samsung phone, and it came with a new Sim card, which was suppose to be already activated.  I get the error message Sim card not provisioned…  so I am unable to use my new phone….. I tried removed and reseating Sim card, restarting phone, and also reset network connections.. nothing is working.  It is not a prepaid phone, as I pay monthly, I just added a new phone on, using my tab. What is the problem ?

I live rurally and cell service is really not a thing here, so wifi calling has been a godsend.To make it work:I turn off wifi calling in settings on my iphone 11.Then I reset network settings.Once the phone is back on, I first turn off cellular data, then once wifi  is restored, toggle wifi calling back on.This method has mostly worked like a charm. Keeping the cellular off prevents the phone from searching in vain for a cell signal that will never be strong enough for an actual call (if cellular’s left on, occasionally the phone will “think” that the signal is strong enough, but it never actually is). To my question: despite numerous iterations of the above resets, including updating to the latest ios, I cannot make wifi calling work at all. The cell signal either says “no service” or “SOS only,” not “Koodo Wifi” as it should.Please advise! Thanks! 

Trying to change my private number to public

My iPhone is stuck in SOS mode and won’t connect to the local cell network. I’ve tried everything: resetting phone, updating ios, removing and inserting sim, erasing network history. Does anyone have any tips on how I might fix this problem?
