We have 2 Samsung A53 on our account. Had them nearly 1 yr, but issue seems to be worsening lately.
Had trouble since beginning with sounding like robots to others we are calling. We hear perfectly fine on our end. We are constantly being told that they can’t hear or understand us. The only thing that works is switching to speaker mode. Anyone else experience this issue? Thanks.
+4When you switch to speakerphone it utilizes a different microphone on the phone so this would lead me to believe that something is wrong with the mic on the phone.
It’s possible that the hole on the bottom of the phone where the microphone is is simply just plugged up with dirt/lint/etc. You can try taking some compressed air to it to see if you can dislodge anything. You can also try a repair shop and see if they can quickly take a look at it with the tools they have.
If it’s within the 1 year warranty period you can also send it away for repair.
