i know what phone number I called at certain time on a certain day, but it is not listed on my usage history. Another number is listed at the day and time..Also I have message from other iphones that are not listed at all on my message usage history. Can someone explain this to me?

Can't speak to the phone number, but if the messages to/from other iphones appear in blue on your phone then they're iMessages and not actually text messages. iMessage is an instant messaging system that uses data to send and receive messages through Apple’s servers. They will not appear in your Koodo messaging history because they don't pass through Koodo's text messaging system. (The fact that Apple handles text messaging through the iMessage app as well just confused the issue. Blue=iMessage, green=text message.)
