TCL pro20 bluetooth not turning on

I have a TCL pro20 and the Bluetooth doesn't turn on after clicking it. It'll look like it's turning on then just stop.

 

I've resetted the phone, cleared cache and removed synced devices my phone with no avail. Any tips you could offer to fix this?

I have yes. Still no luck so I think it's a hardware issue

You can consider going to your near Mobile Klinik location or local mobile phone repair store to get it checked out.
