I recently placed an online order for a new phone. I updated my address while I was placing the order. I received a phone call from a Koodo assistant who wanted to confirm my address. However I couldn’t make it to the phone and was left with a voice message. What am I supposed to do now? I have no way of calling the advisor back and I do not want to experience a delay on my order.

Did the voicemail said they would call you back. You could also try to schedule a call back from webstore and confirm with them
