Hello i have an iPhone 6s need to unlock help me
I have tried multiple times to switch my number from Koodo to Public mobile. I receive the message from Koodo saying that a request has been made to transfer my number, to which I reply ‘YES’ within the allocated 90 minute timeframe. After that nothing happens.
I just switched back to Koodo and am staying in an area with bad cell coverage but good wifi. I've been trying to set up my wifi calling but keep getting the error "The number entered doesn't match our records. Please re-enter your number." Please help! I need to be able to use my phone for work and can't figure out how to get it working.
Hello, Hopefully I can find help here! I transferred through the app from Public Mobile to Koodo. My number says it's active when I login to self serve. I didn't receive a welcome email or an eSIM. My phone doesn't have any service so I cannot receive a call back from Koodo or any texts. I'm stuck here. Is there an email option to get help?
Here is the issue. I am new to Koodo. I have a plan with 2 phones on it. One is mine and one is my wife’sThe issue is both phones are in good working order and were working fine on my last mobile provider’s system. For all of our contacts, our phones are working well, we can talk and text without a problem. Between just our 2 phones, we can call eac h other but the texting will not work. Isend a text to my wife and it doesn’t appear on her phone but shows on mine. Likewise, she can send me a text and it won’t show on my phone but it does on hers. To all our otside contacts the phones work fine. Customer service on Koodo appears to be a nightmare. After dealing with the mind-numbingly stupid Chat Bot, I was referred to a queue with a live agent who was supposed to get back to me after entering all my information (again). that was 2 ½ hrs ago and still no text. Any idea what causes texting not to work between our two phones?Thanks, Doug
I am a customer with multiple lines. I switched from an old samsung to the to the top iphone available. Since them my internet sucks. Terrible experience. Spent a lot of money for a horrible service.
I’m ready to cancel my account and move to a more customer service oriented company. But i can’t see how to do this and the bill just keeps getting bigger

Got a phone call from 778 557 8043 saying i was due for an update and the update would result in a updated phone and a monthly bill of 25$/month. they said i would get a S26 ultra on 24month contract and that i would be able to perform the upgrade on my own via account to get the new phone. i have an s9 that works so i was not intrested in a new tab but this was a great deal. fast forward he walked me through the steps and resuted in an Iphone 17 + that i did not want. he said once i recieve the phone it will be thesamsung s26 ultra with a discount promo code to lock in my new monthly bill.i recieved an Iphone 17plus today. as soon as it arrived he called and congraatulated me on the new phone which i found kinda odd. when i said it was the wrong phone he advised that it was a mistake in proccessing and they would send out a new one But i had to return the old one (he senr a shipping lable to this address “RWHRWH5950 Mersey StMISSISSAUGA, ONL5V 1W1” i googled it and noiced it was so
Hello, I canceled my koodo account last septembre to move abroad for a year, but now that I am back I changed my phone company and I really want to get back my old phone number from Koodo. Is there a way I could do that while staying with my new company?Thanks!xx
Hi I am switching over to public mobile and want to port my Koodo number over to them. I got a text msg from Kodoo to co firm I want to transfer my number over but I missed their deadline of 90 mins. How do I get them to re send the text for me to confirm?
The portable handsets used with the zte are kaput and replacement is very expensive. The sim card does not work in a spare android phone (android asks for pku?). I want to move the number to the android phone. Do I simply request a new sim card or is it more complicated than that?
I have tried for weeks to get Call Control on my Koodo account. Chatting with an X rep, etc. Not realizing you can apparently only do it on the PC, I finally logged in tonight and tried their steps. Nope. Clicked Turn on Call Control. Over and over, it wouldn't let me. I have blocked someone's phone number from my phone but they can still leave voicemails. I am getting harrassed. I couldn't even get a Telus rep to call me because I don't have a Telus account.. only Koodo. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't block someone from leaving me a voicemail. Unfortunately, I've had to put on an extended absence greeting in my voicemail and not allow ANYONE to leave me voicemails. Terrible setup. Please have a rep turn on my Call Control feature so I can add this person's phone number to it. This is a security issue. Appreciate it.

I placed an online order on May 28 The order was delivered to the wrong city - Terrebonne instead of Gatineau (204km away). Since June 2, I have been trying to obtain assistance and a resolution to this issue, without success. I have been repeatedly transferred from one department to another, and no one has taken ownership of resolving the problem.Today was my seventh attempt to obtain assistance regarding this issue. The representative I spoke with advised that they were unable to help and did not know what else could be done. After seven contacts and more than two weeks of unsuccessful follow-up, I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability and the complete absence of a resolution.I’ve been with Koodo for 14 years. The lack of accountability, communication, and effective customer support has significantly eroded my confidence in the company.

I’m trying to buy an Iphone 17e on the Koodo website and it will not let me. The problem appears to be my address. The site tell me address the phone will be shipped to must match my credit card’s billing address. It does. Identically. It matches. I don’t know what the problem is. The address is the same address that pay my koodo phone bill every month. It hasn’t changed in 7 years.The site will not let me purchase this phone. I have bought a phone from the koodo site before and never had a problem. Is it a problem that my number is a Nova Scotia number? It never was before. My mailing address is in Newfoundland, and its identical to my billing address. This was never a problem with Koodo before. Can I get this fixed, or should I just go and buy in store?

I have been travelling, and Koodo Does NOT work here. I had a prepaid account with an eSIM. I got someone in Canada to purchase a couple Vouchers for me, but I cannot log into the Self Serve because it needs to send an authorization code to my phone number that DOES NOT work here. I was able to sign up for a new eSIM monthly account with a $10 monthly rebate AND a perk. I want my old number back as ALL of my security, accounts, emails and contracts use that number. When we were able to log in, the account information does not reflect the $10 off I was supposed to get AND it charged me for a Sim card when I specifically requested an eSim. I am travelling back tomorrow and need my old number. Who can help?
I have just switched from Altima to Telus. On the Telus modem, LAN light is blinking amber other lights are green. I have internet. Should I be concern? What could blinking amber light on LAN means?
