Are you a postpaid or prepaid customer? I’m asking because only postpaid customers can roam there.
You could receive incoming SMS messages without charge if you enable roaming. In order to avoid any extra fees, make sure you have a roaming add-on on your account first. When you’re there, turn off data roaming and do not send outgoing SMS messages, use data, or make or receive calls.
