Hello,I am currently in Thailand, from Canada. If I purchase a local sim, set up call forwarding on my iPhone to the new number, and then swap out the SIM, will I be able to review texts or calls from home without being charged extra? Thank you! -Jessica
Since a month or 2, I keep receiving almost 3-4 times a week a spam email by message text. But the address use to contact me is: (myphonenumber)@msg.koodomobile.com, and those fraud guy keep having different email to send me this: “Votre plan NetfIix associer au (myPhoneNumber) a été bloqué en raison d'un erreur de paiement. Veuillez confirmé vos données personelle.https://is.gd/coc1s8y8v”(do not click on it!)With a link that I never click on. I am so tired of receiving this, I keep reporting it to 7726 and even Netflix, but it never stops!example of those fraud email: firstname.lastname@example.org. or email@example.comAnd I put on my Iphone the option to filter to block call and unknown senders text, but because it is send by email, my phone do not recognize it and filter it. I keep blocking the email adresse, but they use different one each time.I would be so thankful to anyone who could help me and without changing my phone number.(sorry for my not so good english)
Hi there, trying to transfer my number out of Koodo for almost 3 weeks now. I'm no longer in North America and no, I can't receive any texts or calls (I have the add-on). How do I speak with a human to get this approved? I called the Koodo porting out department multiple times (+18442327678) but yet again it directs me to the direct rep to schedule a callback. I've tried getting family in Canada to call in to no avail because they need to speak to me directly. I've tried creating an online number for the callback but it just hung up on me 3 times in a row. I've messaged Koodo support on FB but have not received a reply yet. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience to say the least. I've been charged an extra month and at this point I'm ready to drop the number entirely and call ccts. What are my options?
Was working great with strong LTE service and in the past 2 days there is no service I don’t get a signal in my area. Going in Koodo’s self serve there is no information to report service outage. Can use wi-fi calling at home but when outside out of luck. Will be switching from Koodo soon
