I have seen the offers for Internet Service from Koodo, and I am tempted to move away from my current provider …. but what do folks use for TV services. Are you forced to go back the Bell or Rogers? I have anApple TV device, does that work with Koodo?

Koodo only provide internet access. You would have to subscribe to another tv provider to get the content. Apple TV should work with Koodo internet
Koodo does have streaming offers and you can use your Apple TV with it
