I am experiencing an issue with Koodo where I am not receiving any messages from overseas, including SMS from real people or bank codes(MFA).
I have spoken with the senders, and they have confirmed that they have sent the messages to me, but I have not received them. Restarting the phone does not resolve the issue. Is there a solution to this problem?
So I’m in Canada, recently moved from Telus to Koodo.

can’t see anything related in setting that can be changed..
If you sms them, are they able to receive it?
Do outgoing and incoming calls work?

Are you receiving SMS messages from Canadian numbers?
I receive SMS messages from Canadian numbers without any problems.
Regarding Telus, I can't remember receiving any international SMS messages when I was using their service. So can’t say for sure about Telus
However, I can confirm that I have received text messages from overseas while in Canada on a phone number associated with an international phone provider, in case that information is helpful.
