I got a new monthly plan and I like to replace my physical SIM to an eSIM  on my Samsung S24

I am seeing few discussions on this ..

Can someone please tell me the easiest way to get this done?

alternatively, I’ve found that after you get an eSIM from a Koodo kiosk, you can change your SIM card in your self serve and put in the digits that are provided on the eSIM they give you. From there, go through your respective phone settings to add an eSIM and scan the QR code. I’ve found for me this has worked before as well, but I’d try their recommended steps first as it outlines specific scenarios depending on the line on the account. I hope this helps 🙂👍
