Can I upgrade and have my tab balance and bonus balance waived please ?!
I’m planning to move out soon and I could not find any resources about changing your address and how it will affect your internet connection. Do I just need to connect my modem to another coax cable in the new apartment and update my address on Self Serve? Or do I need to cancel the plan, return the devices, and order a new plan + devices to the new address? The new address is still within the same province.
I don't currently use Kudo. But I paid the bill for November. The email invoice said they would refund this amount. When will I get the refund? Total Amount Due: -$31.67 If received by: December 19, 2023
Hello Koodo Community, I am thinking to change my plan and after login my account, I can see “Tab plus $35/month”. I was going to change this plan, however the message that “This product isn’t compatible with other items in your cart” comes up. There is nothing in my cart. I would appreciate if someone could let me know what is going on. (My current plan is Unlimited Canada-wide minutes 30 GB of Shock-Free Data at 4G speed $35/month without Tab) Thank you! KT
Why the hell did Koodo shutoff my phone 4 days before my bill was due and the only way to talk to anyone is to “schedule a callback”
I am writing to share some challenges I've been facing with my Koodo service recently.Firstly, when attempting to change my plan through self-service,I'm only seeing more expensive options. It seems like there might be an issue with the available options, and I want this website works the way it used to be: showing cheaper options as well without the needs of talking to agent. I do not want to be charged for the extra fee. Secondly, my data was unexpectedly cut off before the payment due date. This happened to my other friends as well who makes autopayment.I'm unsure why this happened and would like your assistance in resolving the matter and restoring my data service.Lastly, I've noticed network issues in Richmond, impacting my experience.Any insights or solutions you can provide would be appreciated.
When I selected my plan I had the option to choose between 4 perks one of which was rollover data now when I go to pick one it only shows 2.
Does the unlimited international long distance perk also include texting? It is unclear if my poan includes texting to the US or not. How do I find out?
I would like to switch my plan to a cheaper option but when I go on self-serve I'm only shown more expensive plans. How can I access cheaper plans? the one I am using now is $40 Unlimited Canada-wide minutes,50 GB of Shock-Free Data at 4G speed,Unlimited Canada-wide messaging. Self-serve only showing $45,50,60,65. I don’t have a tab.
I just signed up last month. My first and subsequent bill have a charge for PST. I live in Calgary and have a 587 area code. Why am I being charged this and how do I get this removed? Thanks,
Good day, I recently recieved my first bill and i was charged for connection fees when they were supposed to be waived. Can a rep on here look into this please?
Hello, I’ve switched my 2 phone lines from Rogers to Koodo 3 days ago. I still Can't receive calls or texts for both cellphone numbers. I am trying to call Koodo but apparently that service is not available, Also requesting a call back is impossible since my both phone numbers can’t receive calls now, They get forwarded to voicemail directly. Can some one from Koodo reach out and try to resolve my problem. It’s very frustrating that I can not make calls for three days now and I can not even call Koodo customer service to resolve this.
I have added an additional line to my account but cannot go for the minimum plan . What are the benefits of adding an additional line when I can buy a new plan for cheaper cost ($15-$20) when utilization is minimum for the second line.
Hi I have changed plans and have moved to a different provider having a credit on my account will I receive a check in the mail from you guys
Hi I had a question to ask about my bill we were told one price permonth and we are getting charged extra I’ve tried calling in number of times and they just keep dropping the call and I don’t have any idea how to reach anyone if you can help out I would appreciate it …I will not be paying any bills until I receive a answer thank you Nicole Ventullo Account #: xxxxxxx
There are 5 calls on my latest bill that I do not recognize. Four are for 1 minute each to a number in Utah; the other is for three minutes to a number in New Jersey. I did not make those calls. How is it that they appear on my bill?
I signed up with Koodo on January 9th, and ported my old number after I received my Koodo SIM card on January 17th.Today I received my first bill, and every line item in the “Monthly and other charges” section is followed by the text “(exp. Jan 17 2024)”. That sounds like all the features in the plan I signed up for just expired, and while I don’t really believe that to be the case, I don’t understand what “exp. Jan 17 2024” actually does mean, and that message (or similar text) isn’t shown on the sample bill in the “how to read your first bill” section.I’d appreciate it if someone would explain what this means. (I tried scheduling a callback from Koodo, but that failed -- all three attempts went straight to voicemail without ever registering as an incoming call, even though I don’t have the callback number blocked).
Hello Community,I'm sharing my incredible experience speaking with the customer representative Josh today who helped me resolve the payment charges dispute over the last 2 months’ bills.2 months ago, I requested a plan change and the previous Customer Rep didn't explain the associated charges that directly popped into my bill. Josh not only raised this dispute on my behalf but also made me aware of asking more questions to the representatives before they suggest any changes to your existing plan/ offer anything new.Recommend him 200%.

To: Whom it may concern Hello, Due to some family issues, I had to decide to go back to Iran, therefore, I left Canada on October 1st, 2023.Ever since the above mentioned date, I have been in Iran and had no opportunity to use the number(289-716-7107).Based on this explanation, I should not be billed for any cost regarding the number.Of course, upon my arrival in Canada I will accordingly inform you to start using the number(289-716-7107). Regards, Gholamreza Davoodi
Hi, I am a coach and have a few clients in the U.S. Even a 2 5 minute calls over the course of the month essentially double my bill.Wondering about options for add-ons to my current plan to give me limited international minutes? Thanks,Chris
I was asked to change my sim card back to the new one sent with my Refurbished I Phone 12As i had ended up with two numbers on my bill the bill seems to have been corrected but after 3 hours I still have no service on my phone
I would like to downsize the data usage in my plan.I currently have 15GB of data and usually only use 2GB of data per month.I do not see any way to change the plan.
I choose activation date as 25 Jan 2024 when making order, assuming it takes time to receive modem and router.I just received them. Can I change the date of activation for tomorrow (18 Jan 2024) ?If yes how ?
