So I have been trying to communicate with Koodo Refer a Friend at the email koodomobile@support.sparkrefer.com for over 2 months.. All they keep saying is they are investigating and will contact me after.

After 7 emails and 2 months of waiting  NOTHING is going on.

I included the refer a friend email from my dad and still nothing from them

I have a feeling they just dont care at all?

Anybody else having this issue?

im wondering with all of this bad customer service if this is worth staying here?

Yes I have done all that unfortunatly :(
I went from the email received from my dad and successfully did the registration and purchased a new cell and service. over 9 months still nothing for credit.

Unless there was a error on the system, but that shouldnt be my problem,

Neither my dad or myself have seen any credit. 

I have done this a few times from the Fido side, but I was new to Koodo, but pretty much the same thing with a referal link.

I have tried to contact them over 5 times over the past 2 months the referal team. And NOTHING. 

Im mostly upset they are just responding the same thing over and over and not looking into the issue at all
