I just received a scam text. Is there a quick and easy way to flag the number and forward the content to Koodo so that they could actually try to prevent more users from receiving it? The text claims to be from Costco with an interac e-transfer for me.
I’m a current CMlink user. If I switch to Koodo, do I need to get a new Koodo sim card? Or can I still use my current CMlink SIM card? In addition, beside IMEI and CMlink account number, is there anything else I need to switch my number. Do I need to do any activation after switching? Also, I’m currently in China. If I switch to Koodo, will I able to receiving text messages from Canada? What is the service charge?
I have a plan where I don’t get, use, or pay for data. I’ve never used it. I have a data block on and am wanting to take it off. I send and receive pictures via text using Wi-fi currently (with the data block). If I took off the data block, would sending and receiving pictures via text use data and put me into a deficit? Or can I just live my normal life since I don’t have any data in the first place and I can save $3/mo for a redundant charge? I don’t know much about data. Thank you very much to anyone who has input!
How do I access a private message in the Koodo Community from the moderator from Koodo?Thank you
I closed my Koodo postpaid account last month and relocated out of Canada. I closed my Koodo account and was told a final bill would be generated with the final amount due. I have now received this bill, but am unable to pay using my international credit card. The billing address on my account is Canadian and hence is not matching with the credit card information I am providing. How can I settle this final bill?
Hi, I added the “Data Block” to my son’s line for $3 month, with hopes I could turn his data off while he was in class. His data is now off and texting works but I can’t find where to Un-pause or Pause the data. Self Serve says he is out of Data although he has only used a fraction of it and only option is to add more data for $$.

Hello,I recently moved to Calgary from Toronto. I changed my Sim card with a local store here in Calgary with my Alberta ID. In my bill I am still charged with Ontario HST 13%. I have kept my Toronto number. I should be paying GST and not HST. Why tax amount is based on the area code? I no longer live there in Toronto and I have updated my address with Koodo too. I do not understand the reason behind this. You can not keep your number if you change the provinces. Is changing the number the only solution left with me?
I’m a monthly plan koodo user and currently in Canada, but will move to another country next month. I’m hoping to close my account before I leave but also want to continue using all the services up until when I arrive at the new country. So was wondering if closing account will be effective immediately or will it be applied at the end of the billing cycle? If the closing will be effective immediately, is there anyway I can continue using my phone until I arrive at the new country? Do I need to switch from monthly plan to prepaid plan for this? Thanks!
I moved to Australia in December so I need to transfer my phone number to another provider, and I have been trying to do that since January.Whenever my new provider sends a port request, Koodo rejects the request with the reason being “did not approve confirmation request”. Well out of 10+ port requests I have received only three approval text messages. The first message said I did not need to reply, which was obviously false. The second and third messages arrived at 1:15 AM and 3:15 AM when I was sleeping. Since there is only a 90 minute window to reply, I was not able to approve the transfer at those times. I have not received a transfer approval text since February 2nd, despite repeated transfer requests.I have tried phoning Koodo, and of course it is impossible to talk to a human being. The customer service line just redirects you to the digital rep. The digital rep is useless for this problem. I have tried scheduling a callback multiple times, but Koodo will not call me, just send
How can I mak an international collect call from my cell phone?

When I get a message from [myphonenumber]@msg.koodomobile.comsaying "You've received a message from a Koodo Mobile Customer," is this for real or a scam?
Just transferred to Koodo from another carrier. Followed the tech guy’s instructions. Now my phone says ‘SIM network unlock PIN’. I tried the default (1234) and my Koodo PIN number… neither work. The phone shows ‘Emergency use only’??
I’m new to Koodo. I just received my first E-bill on February 19. I have it setup for pre-authorized payments to be taken out of my debit card. When exactly will Koodo pay my E-bill?
Recently, I have been receiving tremendous amount of spam calls. I have to tried to block the number each time, but it seems like the phone number changes slightly (see the last four digits) each time. Is there something I or Koodo can do? The call control function is not an option because I do have to work with my phone all day.me source changes in every call (see attached)
I currently have phone service with Koodo under a post paid account. That account is in my now ex's name. There is no tab for the phone. I own it outright. How do I go about setting up a service account in my name. What is required to bring my own phone to a new post paid account? Is a credit check required or is that only to purchase a new phone?Would I require a new SIM card? Can I keep my same phone number? Any information would be most appreciated. Thank you

Hello,I am presently staying in India and would like to temporarily close my account. How can I do so? I tried to speak with a rep but no help so need some guidance upon my issue.
I would like some clarification on how pay-per-use works. I am Canadian travelling to the states for a few weeks and will have wi-fi most of the time. I am not interested in calling or sending SMS (and I don’t want to pay for Easy Roam), but would still like to receive any missed messages. If I take my phone off of airplane mode, are there any charges? Am I charged to receive text messages? Or are the pay-per-use charges only if I make calls, turn on my data or send SMS messages myself? I want to ensure there are no unexpected fees over the course of my trip. So, if I take my phone off airplane mode but don’t send out anything or use data, will I be charged in any way?
I paid my 350 dollar bill and yet my service has been cancel by koodo with out any notification. I have been trying for months to organize a call back and no one has helped me. I have been paying way too much to be dealing with such horrible service. If I cannot have a solution today, I will cancel. Could someone please help me find a way to get my service back.
I used an extra data add-on for the current billing cycle, but don’t need the extra data for my next billing cycle. When should I remove it so I’m not charged again?
