You will need to send an email to the Koodo Web Store at koodo.webstore@koodomobile.com and let them know that you want to get the iPhone 13 instead. Make sure to give them your order number.

May take a while for them to respond. If the iPhone 13 has no promotion at the moment, it’s ok. If it has a promotion, I just wish they’ll answer before the promotion is over.
