I temporary removed my SIM card while traveling, but now when I put it back it still says No SIM. Another SIM card works fine with my phone, Samsung S20 FE 5G. Do I need a SIM card replacement? How do I get one?

Yep, sounds like a defective SIM card to me. You may want to go to your nearest Koodo store to replace it upon your return to Canada.
