Hello, I just changed my plan for another plan online with less data. I had an extra 5GB data add-on before the change and it was removed during the process.
During the change, I did not receive any notification or message that I will be losing my add-on.
How can I restore my deleted add-on? Thanks

It is highly unlikely you will get the data add-on back. They usually fall off when you change your plan. You can still ask a Koodo rep and see if you can get it back, but there are no guarantees whatsoever. Either schedule a callback through Koodo Assist or send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://Koo.do/Chat
