I  travelled from Canada to another country in January 2021 and plan to return to Canada within the next few days. I topped up my prepaid sim a few times throughout the year to try and keep my number active, however, when i try to log into the selfserve website it says there is an error and if i try to change my password there is also an error with my email. I assume this is because my account was deactivated, since i still have the sim card is there any way i could reactivate it online and get my number back before i travel?

Thanks in advance!

After 90 days of non-payment the account is cancelled and there's no way of getting the sim reactivated or the account back.

No. Not for prepaid.
