Hey everyone! I have a data block on my phone. I’m paying for it each month and I want to remove it, but it’s not showing up in my add-ons. Do I need to call in to do it, or is there another work around the add-on glitch?

You should be able to find it in your Self-Serve account. If you do not see it, you may need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist to remove the data block feature on your phone. Alternatively, you can also send a message on Facebook Messenger or Twitter. https://m.me/Koodo
