Can you top up  your data if you have data still remaining on your account?A family member needs more data however the self serve portal is telling me that I cannot do it.This is just plain ridiculous.  How do I get

I have two accounts with two plans, two phones and two phone numbers, one  $50 plan 5GB and a $47 plan 8GB. No tab balance on either. I want a new phone for the $47 account - can I consolidate the two by adding a line to one account? If I add a line to the $50 account and order a new phone ($24 tab), can I migrate the phone nunmber from the $47 account and close that account? What will my total new monthly cost be?  

When trying to pay my bill with a credit card, I receive a message An error has occurred.Please refresh the page or try again later. I tried 3 times.Why is that?

So i want to change my plan to have more data. My cycle resets on the 28th, at 12:00am.Since today is the 26th, if i change it today would i get a high proration charge? I assume not, but i want to be sure.If not today, what if i change it tommorow on the 27th? Or on the 28th- would that be a bad idea?What would be the best course of action to avoid or minimize fees? 

I found this article that shows I can’t get incoming text with eSIM abroad. As a backup plan, can I get additional nano SIM to change from my eSIM to nano SIM although I have already had my eSIM ?If I have an issue with my eSIM abroad, can I simply change to nano SIM that I got in Canada before leaving from Canada? 

I am going to Niagara Falls Ontario this weekend and want to know if I will end up with roaming charges. 

Hi I understand you are waiving the data overages until sept 30 for Fiona disruptions ( thank you for that ) but my pay period doesn’t reset until Oct 21 . So does this mean since I used my data and more during Fiona that I won’t be charged for overage but I still have no data left after sept 30 ? thank you 

Hello!I’ve moved from Canada to Sweden; I called before I left the country to have my account cancelled by the end of August and it is now almost October and I’m still getting charges on my account for a number no longer in use.I tried calling customer service but they need a Canadian phone number which I, obviously, no longer have, as my SIM card has been deactivated.Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

I need proof of voicemail being sent for work. I went through my minutes usage and it only shows answered phone calls and no voicemail. Is there any way I can see a full list of every incoming call with it showing if voicemail were left or not?

I hope someone can help me with the following. I am terribly confused.I will be on vacation soon on a cruise ship in Europe and then cruising back to Florida (I know - poor me!).I will turn off my data. I will be using the wifi that the ship provides.If i don’t place my phone on airplane mode what will happen if I receive an INCOMING text? Will I be charged for this or is an incoming text on a cruise ship free? Also - if my phone rings and I don’t answer it, will I be charged?

I have had a koodo prepaid account for several years. Recently, I have been using up my data boosters more quickly than I would like, so I want to upgrade to a plan with more data included. The problem is that I have auditory processing disorder and never make voice calls, so I do not want to pay for unlimited calling that I can’t use. My current base plan includes 250mb data and unlimited text, but no talk time, which suits my needs. There don’t seem to be any comparable prepaid or postpaid phone plans available. The closest thing I can find are tablet plans that require an active phone plan. Is there any way to sign up for a data plan on its own, or to trade the unlimited calling for extra data?

I have a family member who is currently with another provider and we are looking at switching them to Koodo.  How do we know if their current cell number can be transferred to Koodo?  If it is possible to do how do we go about it?

I have a S20 international veraion (SM G980F DS) that has 2 IMEI and eSim features.can I use/activate eSIM with my phone?

I am getting an error message that says “unable to activate eSIM you can try again, or contact  your carrier for assistance”. But the latest I could get call back from koodo customer care rep is on Monday afternoon.  Unfortunately,  I already registered the new sim in self serve so the old sim doesn’t work any  more. I don’t know how the rep would call me? Does any one have any idea? Basically now now am stuck with not having any phone at all.Its so frustrating to see that Koodo has very little information about eSIMs in their website. I have been waiting for my new phone to arrive, and I realized that the wrong address is on my file. According to tracking, they are trying to update the address to deliver it. I don't know who to contact about it because it is not Canada post. Any suggestions? 

Hi everyone. This to my knowledge was not a scam as I've seen looking things up online but I have a credit with my cell coverage for apparently being overcharged.  It comes with a reference number and an amount but the link that was sent only worked once and now that I'm trying to redeem it the page is unavailable.  Everywhere I've seen for telus | koodo does not have this type of center. Any advice on if I actually have a lil under 200$ waiting for me? Sincerely Anon

I am leaving the country the beginning of November 2022 for six months and need to know what I need to do to make sure that I can still text and call. Do I need to change my plan? What do I need to know?

Due to various reasons and me not living in Canada anymore I am unable to pay my overdue balance or cancel my account. Is there any way I can speak to a human or pay off my balance using a British bank card?I have more than enough to pay it but just cannot find any way to do so and they are also threatening it being passed onto a collection agency which I don't want to happen as I may return to Canada at some point.

hello.Normally my bill cycle 25th to next month 24th.today is 25th.but i still can’t use my phone without data.i bill paid already and then i got a massage last wendesday.it says , “you’ve reached your $200 credit card.” but i don’t understand what it does mean.i want check my the bill of this month and what happend to me.

I am currently in nova Scotia and will be expecting to not have power until at least the 28th. I received no text about being allowed to go over my data usage without charge but I've been hearing that you can do that, will I be charged if I go over? I need to know, I cannot afford to pay to get extra data but require it for work. 

*Typo on the question title  - should be “partial charges” I transferred to Koodo this month and just received my first bill. There is a partial charge$60 20GB UL Can min SFD (4G Speed) (Sep 14 To Sep 21) - $16.00on my bill.  I beieve that I have paid this fee when I was opening my Koodo account in-person in a store, along with the SIM card fee. Am I being re-charegd? Or is this another possible fee?  

I’d like to have two phones on the same phone number, ideally with one sim in each phone. Is this possible? If so, is there a fee?
