hello.

Normally my bill cycle 25th to next month 24th.

today is 25th.

but i still can’t use my phone without data.

i bill paid already and then i got a massage last wendesday.

it says , “you’ve reached your $200 credit card.” 

but i don’t understand what it does mean.

i want check my the bill of this month and what happend to me.

Are you on a spending limit program? In that case, you would need to pay the full bill before Koodo will reinstate your line. If I’m mistaken (I’m only guessing here), could you please provide a screenshot of what message you received exactly?
