Due to various reasons and me not living in Canada anymore I am unable to pay my overdue balance or cancel my account. Is there any way I can speak to a human or pay off my balance using a British bank card?
I have more than enough to pay it but just cannot find any way to do so and they are also threatening it being passed onto a collection agency which I don't want to happen as I may return to Canada at some point.
