I have been waiting for my new phone to arrive, and I realized that the wrong address is on my file. According to tracking, they are trying to update the address to deliver it. I don't know who to contact about it because it is not Canada post. Any suggestions?

Was the address entered incorrectly or was it the old address and you already moved?

I recently changed my address, and the rep verbally confirmed it with me, but the address on my package is wrong. I have tried contacting the delivery company to update my address since it says on their end they need a correct address. Hopefully it gets sorted soon before the phone is sent back.
Thanks for your sugestion. I will contact kodoo as well.
