I switched my account from koodo to telus but I was not given the plan that I was supposed to get due to some miscommunication so I had to close my account from telus which deactivated my number now I'm in india and want to know how much I owe and I'm unable to connect as I don't have any valid account with either of the service providers and my number is also not working. In my overview it is showing that I owe nothing but the conversation I had before closing my account with a rep mentioned some amount that's due.
My mother received a collections service notice in the post. It says she owes money to them because of a Koodo (stupid name as well...) account. She doesn’t remember having a Koodo account ever. She’s 89 and might have been tricked into signing up for it but she never used it. I’ve spent an hour trying to get help yesterday and again today. I tried through fb messaging but that was less than useless and a total waste of time. How do I get someone to call her or me, her son, to sort this out?Not expecting much,Kevin

I made a deposit off $77.94 on April 4th for internet service, was suppose to be returned to me, on credit cards withing 30 days, it was never returned and it seems impossible to get a answer when I will reveive it…
I received an iPhone 13 through a phone contract with Koodo in December 2023.It was cancelled in May 2026, but I still received over 140w bonus points –and i think the first time we dindt have the fee fore tab bonus .

I am on a US/Canada roaming plan and have the perk for free long-distance calls to China.During a recent trip to the US, I made some calls to China. Since my plan allows seamless roaming like I'm at home, I logically assumed the free calling perk applied while in the US as well. This assumption wasn't baseless—I previously had similar plans with both Rogers and Telus, and neither carrier ever charged me long-distance fees for calling China while I was roaming in the US.I just got my bill and was hit with a $20 long-distance charge. I only now realize Koodo's fine print restricts the China calling perk to "within Canada only". To be honest, this is a very easy trap to fall into for users, especially when your major competitors don't penalize this.This is my first time running into this genuine misunderstanding. I noticed a $15 subscription charge for Busuu on my latest bill, and took a look. It was for Busuu and I know with 100% certainty that I did not subscribe to this. I called Busuu and they gave me their generic response saying that I replied and confirmed subscription. I know for sure I didn’t, since I have a screenshot of the chat history and I ignored the text because I thought it was a scam text. I forwarded all this proof to Busuu and am now waiting for them to refund me, but Koodo should not allow this scam company to charge in the first place.

Hello, I moved country and thought I paused my account (was just keeping while I transitioned, and using for wifi but didnt realize I was still being charged). I have a bill now that I need to pay but need to do this in installments. I want to cancel the plan but cant seem to do that without calling (can’t seem to pause either). Anyone know another way to get in touch ? Thanks
I had koodo a couple years ago and switch and never got the final bill come a year later and it is on my credit report, tried calling the collections agency the company deals with and they cannot find the account.. I just wanna pay this and removed feom my credit.. Can someone assist me please
I'm trying to make arrangements to pay my bill that's in arrears (I'm pretty sure that it's not been sent to a collection agency yet) but the Help page isn't helping. It tells me to go to Self Serve and find Billing in the dropdown menu but I can't find it ANYWHERE. Then from the Billing page that does not exist I have to choose Account History which I also cannot find. What am I doing wrong?
I am subscribed to the stream service and I want to change my credit card. I do not have a phone or account number. When I check the self serve, this is what it says “You’re still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You’re still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We’ll email you once you’re approved. How can I update it.
Does anyone else find the Koodoo AI bot as useless as I do. I am trying to speak to someone about being double billed but it is impossible to get a phone number or a call back. When I ask the chatbot for a callback it totally ignores me and sends me elsewhere. What a useless system!!!!@!!
Hello, my phone number is not working. We had asked for a three month pause on it. I see a minus $106 credit on my account but I am not able to receive calls while dialing the phone by number I get the error. This number cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the error and try. again . How do I get this restarted? I need to get this done urgently, please. thanks
I’m extremely disappointed with how this issue has been handled. I opened an account with Koodo but never received the SIM card and never used the service. Despite multiple attempts to contact Koodo and have the matter resolved, I continue to be billed, and the account has negatively impacted my credit by -70 points. I have made several good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with Koodo, yet I have received little to no meaningful assistance. The financial impact and damage to my credit are becoming increasingly concerning. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory bodies and explore all available legal remedies to recover any damages resulting from inaccurate billing and credit reporting. I am requesting that a Koodo representative review my account, investigate this matter, remove any incorrect charges, and take the necessary steps to correct any inaccurate credit reporting. Hello Koodo,I was on the lakeshore at Modeland Beach in Sarnia, ON, Canada and couldn’t get any signal for messages, calls or internet. I toggled my data roaming on to see if it provided signal but I turned it off immediately when it connected to the USA. I see there is a $16 charge sitting on my file and am requesting that it be reversed. I never left Canada and have my phone set to use Koodo exclusively as this would otherwise be a daily problem.
Is anyone else having issues with the “Review a Charge” feature? I’ve tried both the mobile site and desktop version and can’t even get through the form. On mobile, the page either freezes completely and I have to close the browser and start over, or when I try to scroll down to the Next button, it keeps snapping back up the page as soon as I lift my finger. I spent a couple of minutes trying to scroll and tap at the same time just to reach the button. While looking through my bill, I also realized how much money I ended up paying for a line that I wasn’t even using and had already cancelled. I had prepaid hundreds of dollars on my account so I wouldn’t have to worry about my phone bill for a while, but that credit was gone within a few months. The rollover data also feels pretty disappointing. Hoping a moderator can help, as the phone line only serves existing/verified customers and I can't get this looked at.A Koodo rep called and mailed my family SIM cards, and told me no service or charges would apply unless the SIMs were personally activated. My family never activated them and never used any Koodo service. Yet an account was opened in my name, $544 was charged, and it's now on my Equifax report as "bad debt; placed for collection."I don’t acknowledge this debt and need Koodo to delete the related entry from my Equifax credit files.I've already sent a written dispute to customer service. Can you suggest some advice for me?This afternoon I never got the 100% data used text, but landed on my account and stumbled upon a fee for 78$ (looking at data usage that was a period of 20 minutes!) and see that my data had been used. To be clear, I knew I was getting close to my limit (my home internet wasn’t working, but I checked at 10:20 and it said I had less than 29GB used but that must have not been quite right because I started getting charged at 10:31.) I had been poking around trying to figure out how to TOP-UP my data. Nothing was working.I am worried or wondering it I may have clicked on something I shouldn’t have without noticing… I went onto a short work teams call, and then went back to trying to sort out the top up and stumbled upon the fact I had 78$ of charges! I’m really hoping someone can help me sort that out -- I have never gone over and am always vigilent and maybe made an error this time and hope there is something that can be done.
