How do I set up mobile billing for in app purchases?

I am trying to set up mobile billing on my iPhone so that I can charge in app purchases to my Koodo bill.  If anyone knows how to set this up, please let me know.

Hi ​@prissychrissy, availability depends on what apps you wanted to charge to your Koodo bill. Third-party purchases are not supported for all apps.
