Hi team, 

Below is the my account number, Recently i have subscribed to Stream+ Basic 10$ plan, When i try to launch Netflix from Koodo it redirects me to wrong email “s****@email.com”(which doesn’t exist) instead of “s****@gmail.com”.
Also Netflix billed me again for a month apart from Koodo stream+ billing. 

To fix first thing i need to check why Koodo taking me to wrong email id which doesn’t exist “s****@email.com” and then i need to talk to Netflix customer care.

We have edited your post as it was containing personal information and this is a public forum.

We have looked into it and we found that your Stream+ subscription has been created with the same email you used to sign up on community here (@gmail). 

We recommend checking with Netflix as the wrong email might be with them since you keep getting charged with them after you signed up for Stream+.


Thanks, I talked to Netflix and fixed it. That's why it showing correct email id now. But anyway thanks.
