My internet was activated on February 20 and I was charged for that month but I had no bill for the month of March why is that? Will I get a bill for April? I don’t want to end up with an overdue bill.

We understand that this may be confusing.
Indeed, the next billing date should normally be April 7, since the activation date was February 28.
The first payment is always coming out when you sign up online. This basically covers the first billing cycle, from the activation date until next billing date, meaning April 7 in your case.

+4Koodo internet is a prepaid service, you paid upfront though. There is no bill though, they have the receipt for that, I believe. You can find more here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-internet-billing-faqs?

The first payment goes through once you order Koodo Internet, however, your monthly billing date is 7 days after the activation date. You can find more details in the link shared by Dinh above.

Feb 28 was my activation date. So does that mean I should see a payment come out of my account soon then for March if it comes out 7 days after? This is all just super confusing. I’ve never had an internet plan that’s pre paid
