I have a previous account, i had it active in 2023, but i closed it down when i went out of the country. I want to access the old bills. is there a way to do this?

Hi there,
As the account has been closed for longer than 90 days, you no longer have access to self serve and can't access it again. As it has been so long, you will need to schedule a call back with a rep using Koodo assist.
They can verify your identity and give you the information you need. Just note that if you require a copy of the old bills, there may be fees associated with it if the bills you are looking for are longer than 18 months ago. Feel free to use the link below.🙂
