My most recent preauthorized payment was declined because I lost my Visa card and obtained a new one with a new number. I have updated my credit card info on my Koodo account.
The notifying email says I “still need to make a payment in order to avoid late payment charges.”
I can see no option as a monthly customer to make a single payment.
Will Koodo automatically try again to collect the payment before the due date?
If not, what am I supposed to do?
