Credits no showing in account
I had the black friday credits in my account which I could see one entry for each month (24 months) that was applied. I am not sure if they were still there recently but today I changed my plan and I don’t see the credits there anymore. Could someone please verify if my credits are still applied in my account? It was a $20 credit each month. My husband changed his phone plan this week as well and still got his credits applied to his account from the black friday deal.Thanks.
(pre-paid user) Pre-authorized payment from my Chequing account
I am prepaid user. Can I setup pre-authorized debit payments from my chequing account for my koodo account?I sae the link but I cannot find "Payment section and beside Pre-authorized payments, select Manage."https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments
Why my plans charge changed without me knowing?
When I signed up with Koodo, I was told that my bills will stay the same.I signed up during a promo for a plan that cost $40 a month. For the month of May, my bills suddenly changed to $45. Is this increase normal? will my plan increase again and again?I was confident to choose Koodo because they promise me that my bills will never changed without my consent. Now I’m considering to go back to Public Mobile.
Bill is very high, discounts taken out?
I have been with koodo for almost 2 yrs now and pay 100cad for mine and my wife’s bill. Current bill is 115.64cad dont understand why and dont see any discounts applied which usually keeps bill to 100. I am feeling being overcharged for being a loyal customer and would like to know my options.
Hello, my name is Jeremy and I’m hoping this is the right place to post this. I just want to thank Katherine for everything she did for me today. Very fast and efficient. Gave me my one and only option (which is was excellent of course), while also being respectable and understanding. It should be said that even if I didn’t get my service back, I’d still be appreciative of her efforts and absolutely superb customer service skills. I know a lot of people are only thankful when they get something out of a service but even if she told me I was out of luck, I’d be very understanding. I hope she sees this and gets some sort of accommodation. To her manager; you’ve got a good one :)
I was offered a promotion where I can get a 25 dollar a month credit if I purchase a new or used phone, using my existing plan for a period of 15 months .. Without the promotion, I would pay 8 dollars a month for 24 months for a used Samsung phone, and my regular 55 dollar a month phone plan I currently have.I get a 25 dollar credit for 15 months, so what happens for the last 9 months of the 2 year term.. Would my 63 dollar a month payment ( phone and plan), stay the same ?
I'm being charged roaming even though my data + roaming are toggled off.
I am continually being charged roaming fees while in Europe despite my data + roaming toggles being turned off. I am being over charged hundreds of dollars and the koodo representative was not able to address my concern, in addition, the call cut out three times. THIS IS PREDATORY BILLING. What is the solution?
Wrongfully Charged for Easy Roam
In my bill for April 29 -May 28th I was charged $14 for roaming in the US but I never left Canada. I was in my car near Gananoque, Ontario. The detailed statement said I made a one minute call. It doesn’t seem right to be charging me for roaming in a country I wasn’t in. This charge should be reversed. I don’t know how to go about contesting a charge with koodo because its all online services but see that others are doing it through this forum so am hoping this is the right place. I’m a longtime koodo customer...please make this right.
Want to pay my bill
My normal billing date is the 27th of the month and I almost always pay it off within a day or two. My last payment, for May, was made on April 30th. On the 27th of May I received notice of my June billing. When I went to Self-Serve it told me I was all paid up and the PAY NOW button was greyed out. I would like to pay my bill but Self-Serve seems to be stuck somehow. I went to a mall Koodo kiosk and they entered my information in their computer and it also said I am paid up. I have to pay by June 23rd, but am unable to do so.
Bill credit being applied to my account?
Hi,I recently upgraded my phone and phone plan, after seeing the phone I wanted (Pixel 7) was eligible for a bill credit (“up to" $182.50 I believe – I forget the exact amount). This was listed separately from a large ($300+) tab bonus that was also being offered. While completing the checkout process, I saw no more mention of this bill credit. Is a bill credit being applied to my account following this upgrade?Thank you!
Double payment of the same bill
Hello! I mistakenly paid the same bill twice last weekend. One time was through my Scotia Bank App (CAD 102.31) and the other one was through the koodo website (CAD 50.40 + CAD 51.91). Please could you help me by letting me know what will happen with the extra payment? I just checked the bill section of my koodo account and it doesn't show the payment I did through Scotiabank App and it is already 2 weekdays ago.Thank you for taking the time to read my question

Cant pay bill
Hi guys,I spent my last year in Canada and had a Plan with koodo for that time. Because I already left I had to cancel my koodo Plan which worked perfectly fine. But why so ever there is still 2 CAD left I have to pay. But when I left Canada I also had to close my bank account which means I cant pay the bill right now because they only accept Canadian credit cards. Is there anything I can do to pay my last 2 CAD? Thanks in advance. Cheers, Oskar
