I just got a new account but never received a email about it
I have tried two times in the past two months to get a call-back from a live person. I am wits end with this nonsense. First opportunity I have I will be porting my four family numbers back to Bell, or, at least someplace where you can talk to a human. My son’s cellular data has been exhausted two months straight, less than half-way through each billing period. Something strange is going on. He doesn’t stream video, and he’s on a 20GB plan. I’m trying to get someone at Koodo to tell me how this happens? IOS is useless when attempting to find out which apps are using data during a time-period.

i have been trying to update my CC info with your self serve for months. every time I try to update it tells me “the service is unavailable at this time.”every time i call or attempt to get help from the AI assist (no assistance but running in circle pretending its helping) it does not understand the issue i am having and disconnects the call or conversation before i get a resolution. i want to give you my money, but you wont let me. why wont you let me update my CC info!?
My bill due in June was charged from my account in June itself. And then it got reversed back into my account without any warning or notification. And because I was charged with the bill amount, I was completely unaware that the bill was pending. And now Koodo has charged me with the fine and put a bad mark on my profile. This is unacceptable. Koodi is ruining my reputation and stealing from me. I'm trying to request for a review or submit a report but the website wouldn't let me. This is not my first experience. This company feels like a scam from day 1. Going to switch
I lost my wallet and my stream plus got cancelled but when I got a new card to manage my stream plus the price went up $6 a month. Is it possible to get the original price back?

I recently moved 2 lines to koodo and I got credits of 75$ each (2 lines) but I don't see that is adjusted to my account and also each line is for 25$ (CAN-US-MEX) but I see totally different amount in the bill. There are cancelled pre auth pay discount which is incorrect and monthly credit which is confusing.I am confused with the stmt and please help me to understand once you do the needful.I was expecting June and july I will get credit adjusted and then 100$+HST would have been the charges. The billing is very confusing and frustrating.
Hi everyone,I'm looking for some advice regarding my Koodo account.My account was cancelled after I was unable to make payments while I was outside Canada. I've now returned and have paid all of my outstanding balance in full.I would like to get my old Koodo phone number restored, as I've had it for a long time and it's linked to many of my personal accounts.Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it possible to reactivate my old number after paying the outstanding balance? If so, what steps did you take, and who did you contact?I'd really appreciate any advice or shared experiences.Thank you!
I would like to dispute my final invoice.The returned payment that Koodo has charged occurred after my Koodo account had already been closed. Furthermore the cancellation of the auto debit happend after the account has been closed. The $10 charge should not be applicable and charged against my final bill. I had paid my final balance in full. Therefore, my final bill should have been $0.00.I respectfully request that you review my account and remove this charge, as it was applied after the account was closed and my outstanding balance had already been settled.Thank you for your time and assistance. The problem is that we have never opened or signed up for a Koodo account.For reference:I have always been a Fido customer. My husband was with Rogers and later switched to Telus. My wife and I met an agent at Fresco in Brampton and the agent asked us our network and we said Freedom Mobile. She convinced us that she will give us an offer that I’ll pay less for my two numbers. I was paying 65 dollars for Freedom and she said we will pay 55 for it and we can roll over data also.It’s just a week we changed from Freedom to Koodo and we have received a monthly bill of 154 dollars. What kind of stealing is this? If you don’t resolve this, I'm gong back to Freedom or another network and I will sue Koodo for it. And I will also sue the agent for lying that we are moving free to a better offer and just one week you want to take money from me. Kindly look into this.

Dear Koodo staff, I hope this finds you well. I’m writing to ask for help regarding my Koodo monthly account. I’m an international university student, currently abroad for the summer. After paying my last bill on April 27th, I went on the Self Serve portal on the website and attempted to pause my plan so that I could use my local SIM in my home country. I followed all the necessary steps to do so, but after recently checking my Koodo account, I found that I have a bill of $356.36, including my monthly plan fees, and 11 days of random EasyRoam charges from “ER/VC” 1-minute entries. This leads me to believe there must have been a system glitch. I have proof to show that from May 6 to now, there’s been 0 MB of data usage on my Koodo plan. Since my phone has been idle until now, and your system logs confirm zero megabytes of consumer usage, I am kindly requesting help from a representative about this matter; if needed, I can share screenshots privately. If possible, I would like my account
