Auto-Pay by bank Account Discount Not Applied

Hello,

I changed my phone plan to one that qualifies for $10/month discount with auto-pay by bank account and setup pre-auth payment to my bank account last month.

I checked my latest bill and noticed that the discount has not been applied.

How can I get this rectified?

Hi ​@AnastasiaP 

We have looked into it and we can see the pre-authorized bank payment has been set up 3 days after the bill date, this is the reason why it didn’t apply. Starting with the May bill, the autopay discount should apply to your bill as long as the pre-authorized bank payments remain active on your account.
