Confirmation of 30 day travel pass

Purchased 30 day travel pass for my husbands phone ending 8801 on April 11th.  We received an all done message upon purchase and my husband received a text saying additional data added.  We assumed we had the pass.  We checked our billing today,  April 21st, and we are being charged $18 per day since the start of our travel on April 12th.   We tried to add the pass again and got the same messages as above.   Can you please confirm that we have the travel pass.   Also, we expect the daily charges to be reversed.  Please advise asap.

Can you check your Self Serve account for the 8801 to see if Travel Pass shows up there ?

I saw this happened to another customer a few weeks ago.

Let me flag a rep to look into this.

 

Please make sure you are logged into the community with your husband’s self serve account so the rep can look into the correct account.

My husbands and my phone number are on the same account.

What is the last 2 numbers of your husband’s line?

This is for the Europe Travel pass?

We see that you managed to add the Easy Roam Travel pass in the meantime.

Can you please let us know how you were able to add it?

Did you add it in self serve or you texteted the short code to 7626?

Texted 7626 EU30 PASS based on finding the information on a blog.  However upon initial purchase on April 11th, the massage we received was to simply turn roaming on.   There were no other instructions.

The previous attempts to purchase were done online via self serve.
