Does anyone know what a Busuu Subscription is?

Best answer by Flo Koodo

Hello @lisalu

We have checked the details on our end and this subscription can only be activated by giving consent by replying to the message received on the phone number, after accessing the Busuu website or from the app.

According to the details we see in your account, this service was activated on February 17.

Could you please check your phone to see if there are any messages from that date?

To cancel this subscription, text STOP to the short code associated with the service (5490).

For billing disputes, please contact Busuu:

Hi there,

Busuu is a subscription service to learn other languages similar to Duolingo. Did you receive a text message asking for you to subscribe recently? It may have shown up as spam.

If you responded to the message, this would have subscribed to the offer. If you didn’t, then you should reach out to a koodo rep directly to dispute the subscription via a callback. You can do by using the link below.

Please deactivate Busuu subscriptions from my phone   I am finding it difficult to do so on my Koodo account.

Thank you,
