This was done by mistake,
Instead, I wanted to transfer this amount to my Acanac Account Number: xxxxxxx
Please help me how I can get this money back

You can schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to see if it can be refunded. The amount will likely be credited towards your next bill. https://Koo.do/Chat

Hi there,
The balance will be added to the account as a credit. When your next bill is to be issued, this credit will be used towards that balance and whatever remains is what you need to pay for the following bill.
You can get a refund by following the link MilkyWay had provided and speaking with a rep, however, it takes quite a while to get a refund. It is not a quick process so you may just be better off keeping the balance as a credit that is to be used.
