I’m sure I am not the only person who writes off phone bills on their income taxes. It would be great if Koodo would add an ‘annual summary of fees paid’ feature to the Accounts page. There are other utility providers who do this…

You can try to schedule a call back and ask Koodo to see if they can do anything. For any extra service, they might charge you extra fee. Currently, the feature is not available in self-serve.
Yes a summary would be nice, but it's not that difficult to down load 12 pdf ebills together (koodo zips it for you) and then you can manually add the 12 bills together.
To add a summary is likely very low on koodo's list of IT work to do as they have a lot more urgent things to fix.
