I signed up for a Mexico Travel Pass $60 7days. I received a confirmation email from Koodo for this plan. However I have also received a text from Koodo informing me I will be charged for $18 a day Easy Roam when I arrived in Mexico. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I make sure I am not over charged.

When you login to your self serve account and look at you add-ons, do you see the mexico travel pass?
The automated system will still send you a message to make you aware you’re roaming. If you check self-serve as Dennis suggests and you see the roaming pass, you will not receive roaming fees. You can do this by following the steps in the link to manage your add-ons - it should show there.
As long as you had your phone on airplane mode when flying to Mexico and then turned it on there, you should not receive any charges if you have the pass.
