How can I set up alert/notification via text or email when my monthly statement is ready to be viewed?

Thank you for your response, but it seems like the service to set up alerts is unavailable. Is this temporary? Is it available for internet accounts?

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser? How about using another browser or device?


I have tried using different devices and browsers and no luck. I spoke with Koodo support and they advised ebill alert is not available for internet service.

If it’s not available for internet service, then your next best option is to set a remidner manually every month of your phone that your bill is ready. It is generated at the same month each month.

Billing for Koodo Internet is done differently. It is a prepaid service, so funds would be taken out before your service is activated. That is why you will get a payment receipt instead of a bill.
