Need refund

My account is no longer in service, but I have credit balance, I need help to get my refund,

 Refunds for any amount above $5 will be automatically processed within seven days from the first bill after cancellation. The refund will be issued to the payment method on file if you have pre-authorized payments set up. For any other payment method, including Visa Debit, a cheque will be mailed to you to the address on file.
