Hello,I have been in the US now for over a month and haven’t had any issue roaming. Today I suddenly have not been able to connect to any cellular network. I’ve tried everything I can find online and nothing worked. I can’t schedule a call because the only number I have access to is the hotel phone which is international and requires an extension. More info:Google Pixel 3a XL,Phone bill is paid,Can connect to wifi still,Checked APN settings,Power off and on phone did not work,Resetting network settings on my phone did not work,Removing and reinserting SIM did not work,Starting phone in safe mode did not work,
Same problem as was posted on the older thread of this same name. No solution was given there. I can connect my calls with other people regardless of their provider or device, but neither of us can hear the other. Doesn't matter if my device calls out or they call me. This has been going on for three days now. Any solutions out there?
It’s been several weeks I have been trying to reach out to koodo to Cancel my plan, but callback doesn’t work at all!! Every time it says press 1 to talk to a rep and when I press 1 nothing happens and it hangs up saying we didn’t hear anything from you. I have tried it with several cellphones, phones, and different numbers, it just doesn’t work. It is really really frustrating as a customer experience. Please tell me if I’m doing something wrong to reach out to them. I even tried to find an email address for Koodo support, but there’s nothing out there. I am definitely going to switch from koodo please help me to cancel my plan
Hi, i got my 13 yo 15$ plan with 100 min calling and unlimited text-only SMS. It turned out, anything other than text is an overages! like emojis & reactions each at 0.33$. My sone managed to top the security limit 500$ in 3 days!My ask is simple, how to block MMS, Picture messages, etc.. I don't care about messages if it needs to be blocked all together! but I want a solution to this mess!Regards
I keep getting this error popping up. Any ideas on how to fix it. Google comes up with nothing and when I click on anything, it just closes the window.I've already restarted the phone, clear system cache and repair apps. res/layout/autofill_inline_suggestion.xml keeps stopping
I was working, not using my phone as far as I can recall when I received a message that my data had been used up. I checked data usage in koodo and found that 25MB of data had been used at one point when my phone was not in use. I can't found a reason on my phone or on koodo. Is there a way to pinpoint the cause? ThanksIvan Kornelsen
Hi AllI travelled to Turkey and I have no service since I have arrived. No data, no call and no sms. I am paying my bills on time. I cant reach koodo customer service. I only have a landline phone being used with the ZTE wireless box. I do not have a smart/iphone. I am trying to add one form you to my account with additional line, but, at the last step upon checkout, It wants me to input verifcation code, which only give me the option of sending it to my phone, but it isnt that kind of phone, it is only a landline type phone, Panasonic, so no message is coming to it to tell me the code I need to enter to complete the purchase. So can someone send the code to my email account?I do not have a phone that allows you to send verification code so I can but one.
We have had a Koodo home phone for 3 years at least. We used to get 4 or 5 bars always and phone quality was good. We have not moved the hub however, we only get at most 3 bars now. Quite often it drops to 2 or 1 bar. People call and can’t always hear us. Is it possible that we need a new hub? If not, how can we solve the problem?
I purchased the Google Pixel 4A 5g through Koodo. The last few months the voicemail has been having issues playing my messages. They sound like I am listening under water. When I am speaking with my clients in a phone call my end gets cut of a lot, so they can't hear what I am saying half the time. I am not moving around, either. It is frustrating because I can't understand half the voicemails and I can't have a conversation via phone call. Has anyone had this issue before?
Je veux payer une vieille facturation et jai aucun moyen de prendre un entente de payement car il me manque une information de plus que les autres avant mais j’ai pas aucun moyen de récupérer l’un des trois autres question qui me fais pour prendre un attente de payement avec pour pas être mal pris avec un mauvais nom à cause de sa alors que fais t’il que je fasse et j’ai essayé de me renseigner mais rien. ???
