Very recently, over the past couple of weeks, I've noticed that very often when someone calls me on the ZTe mobile landline unit I get three tones being repeatedly played throughout the call. I end up having to hang up and call the person back. I am not sure why this is happening and wondered if anyone has had this and what the solution for this problem is. Thanks for any ideas

Have you tried unplugging the ZTE unit for a few minutes and plugging it back in to see if that fixes things?

Haven't tried that yet but I did see someone else who commented with this problem. Did not find it helped. However, I can reboot the unit..
If it doesnt fix things you will need to request a callback via koodo assist and the ZTE unit may need to be repaired or replaced.
