Hello.I’m a new user and as other members I’m trying to enable the wifi calling feature (reception at home is not good) and it is not working (entered number doesn’t match our records). Looks like I need the VoLTE option in my account (it is not there and there is no option to add it). Can a rep help me with this? I have a Samsung S21.Thanks!!
I scheduled a callback this morning, and would like to match my plan to $30/20GB, as all others do. The representer is rude and just said no. When I asked her if I add a new iPhone, the call is interrupted, the representer didn’t call me back.But now the system is bad, after I enter my phone number, didn’t give me the option to continue to pick a time, just said “We are busier than usual xxxx”, infinitely keep me type “schedule a callback” for 30 minutes. Can anyone help! It’s very difficult to get help since Koodo only provide callback, but the system is down now. If I don’t get callback today, I will go to Fido tomorrow, the custom support is glitch.
I have been trying to transfer my phone number from Lum Mobile to koodo. I followed the steps and after clicking submit, I keep receiving the same message ( error occurred, please refresh the page or try again in 1 hour). I even tried from different phone but same issue happening for the past couple days.
Hi,I just got a new koodoo mobile sim card at the mall yesterday and lost it. Is there anyway to get another free sim card or cancel the lost sim. I try online self option no option. I try call back chat, just tells me no need call back. I went back to the koodoo phone booth and they told me call in couldn’t reach anyone that can help just a system keep telling me go on chat and chat doesn’t lead anywhere. Would be nice if someone can point me to cancel this number or a live agent?

Hi, We were coerced to join Koodo from Chatr. Thr move itself was quite lengthy, we didn't get the deal we were promised and worst of all both my spouse and I have no incoming calls at all, all the day long. How are we supposed to work like this? Can't reach Koodo customer care. Restarted phone, switched Sims, turned flight mode on/off, checked network settings. Please help. Thank you
Hi, I need help to get my PUK number in order to unlock my SIM card. I have tried multiple times to schedule a call back using Koodo Assist. But the bot just keep pushing the “Bright Friday Offers” instead of helping me to schedule a call back. I have been trying for an hour to schedule it through the bot but it is broken.
Hi, I am trying to change my sim card using self serve but cannot get the verification code by text to my current number (since the current sim card hasn’t arrived in the mail yet). Email doesn’t work either and i keep getting this error message. Can I get help from a rep to solve this issue?
HI,The calls from my doctor are going straight to voice mail for some reason (most relevant on Nov 23rd, 2022). All other calls are working normally.Was there Koodo issues that would have been relevant to this issue? I am not aware of any phone configuration I made that would have caused this.Thanks!
*22*780-123-4567# not working - error with code. Any solutions? Tech support wasn't even able to get me a solution they said they were able to manually call forward it for me. But it's only working occasionally. Just about ready to leave Koodo. Yes it's added to my account.
I’ve been a Koodo client for years with no issues. But in the last 6 weeks or so, the quality of my voice calls has deteriorated to the point my phone is useless for phone calls. Calls are garbled, with audio dropouts experienced by both me and the person on the other end, Many calls also get abruptly dropped. Interestingly enough, a friend who is also a Koodo client reports having identical issues over a near identical time frame. The most that Koodo tech support has offered so far is to walk me through a reset of my phone’s network settings. That didn’t help. My stress is elevated because I have an elderly family member who relies on me and needs to be able to call if needed. I need the ability to make & take phone calls. I pay for it….why am I not getting it?
The voicemail automated operator is garbled and so are the messages. I generally save and replay 2 to 3 times, the garble/distortion clears up and the message can be played without interference. These are Not spam messages. It's very frustrating I just can't hear it the first time around. I haven't any trouble/interference with reception or dropped calls, just the voicemails sounding robotic or garbled. Koodo rep hadn't heard of the issue. Anyone else having same issue? Solutions?
Hi there,I am desperately trying to get my new-ish phone to work. I received it a few months ago, inserted my new Sim card, set it up and never received any calls/texts on it. I just continued to use my old phone because it was working and it didn't bother me to keep my new phone intact and mostly for pictures.Now, I’ve lost my old phone and would like to actually activate my new phone! I can’t figure out how to activate the cellular data on my new phone. I’ve thought maybe using the “add cellular plan” would work, but I have no QR code. Adding manually doesn't help either because I dont have the sm-dp+address /activation code/ conformation code.What do I do?!Thanks for your help!!
To my dismay I just received an SMS from Koodo: the one that says (I paraphrase): Hey btw you are currently using a 3G phone and our US partners are moving on to VoLTE, you won't be able to roam in the US, etc. I have a pixel 6 (bought from the Google store) I don't see why on Earth VoLTE wouldn't be enabled for me with Koodo. What's going on?
