Unfortunatly, it does not work. Neither rebooting, nor activation/deactivation of Vowifi was't helps me to get "koodo wi-fi". I studied the instructions, it mentions message for activating and filling out the information for 911 service. Nothing like this in my case. There is a checkbox inclusions and setting up two rules (prefer a call via WiFi or Mobile) for a existent case and roaming. In phone settings.
Pixel 7 Pro phone with all updates. In Freedommobile, the same phone in the same home network worked perfectly with Vowifi.

In this case we would recommend getting in touch with our Tech support team by scheduling a call-back through our Koodo Assist so that they can further troubleshoot the situation.
The issue was resolved by moving the SIM card to another phone, activating a call via Wi-Fi.
After which system was asked for my data to register on the koodo (phone number, etc). Everything turned on.
After that, I moved the card back to the Pixel and everything worked.
Please add to the service instructions that for calls via Wi-Fi it is necessary to register. If this was not complete, then the user needs to start from that. I do not know whether this registration is for the SIM card or for the number. Will I need anything if I want to change the SIM card to an eSIM.
Problem was solved.
