Hi there. I’m trying to enable wifi calling on my phone but when I do, it just returns a message saying “To allow wifi calling on this account, contact Koodo”.
I have two line on koodo. Both phone can not connect to wifi calling. The only options under voice&data section are: 5G auto, 5G on, LTE. There is no VoLte to enable. Can you help? Thanks.

My wifi calling is also not working since yesterday. My husband has the same phone and his is working, but mine all of a sudden is not. I have restarted, did an update, and turned it on/off.

Husband’s phone: Samsung galaxy Note8

Any LTE addons is absent in my account settings.
But Volte seems working (calling in lte-only mode).
