Recently I ported my number to the KOODO, but in my phone  the SIM Manager section still show the old number that came with a new SIM. 
How can I correct my number in my phone?

We have looked into it and we can confirm the transfer was successful.

Are you able to update the phone number manually in the phone settings?

Have you tried restarting the device or resetting the network settings?


I tried restarting my phone several time and reset the network, but it has same problem.

Would you let me know how I can update my phone number manually?

My phone is Galaxy 24 FE.

 

 


Are you able to refresh for my sim card in your side?

I searched googling and I found some people solved this problem with this way.

We can try to refresh the settings on our end to see if this help.

Please turn your phone off for 10 minutes. Please post here before turning it off.

Unfortuately, it doesn't work.

Can you look into this problem?


I put my usim into other phone. It showed my number, so I return it to my new phone.

Finally, my phone shows the number which was ported out.
