I recently got koodo internet.
Everything is setup, the modem is showing full connection; wifi shows a green light, but I can’t access any webpage, other than the wifi router page.
Internet works when I connect directly to the modem.
I’ve tried connecting through Lan 1 from my computer and still no success.
They not send me attractivetion mail. I can't find koodo on my wifi list.
I don't know how to connect to it.
Can anyone help please 🙏

Your Wi-Fi login credentials for the router are located at the bottom of the device. Both the wifi network name, and password.

+4If internet worked when you directly connected to the modem, the issue could be from the wifi router, can you try to reset it?
