Hi there, I can't get through to a real person via the chat box, so I'll ask here.
My new phone (S22ultra) came in the mail without a pin or box. How am I able to insert my new Sim card without the pin?
I feel lost and frustrated as I currently can't do text or calls.

Hi there,
By pin do you mean the sim card tool to pop out the sim tray? As other things can work in place of a sim tool, I have found that an earing or a paper clip tend to work quite well. Beyond that, if you head to any phone kiosk or store the reps tend to have some handy and they should be able to insert the sim for you 🙂
