I’m definitely not impressed with Koodo!! I’ve been using Koodo Wireless home phone for long time. My home phone device (hub) died and I went to a Koodo shop.The agent told me that I have to call Koodo if I am to get a new home phone device or else sign up for a new home telephone line with a new number!My home phone is already dead since a few months and I miss those annoying robo calls. How can I get a live Koodo agent to help me and send me a replacement device?The automated help robot is as good as useless.Thanks. 

Does anyone from Koodo care? or read this posts. customer service is atrocious. why can’twe talk directly to a live human being?

Hi there, I just got off the phone with my gas utility provider. To waive a credit deposit, I must get a credit check. The only credit I have is my phone bill. I cannot get ahold of a Koodo service rep. How do I go about getting a credit check via my Koodo phone bill?

Hi, I don’t know if I’m posting in the right sub forum, but hopefully this is the one!I am in the process of a divorce, which was mostly completed when my ex left our shared account, breaking the contract on her phone and incurring a $550 charge (tax included). At this time, I was in complete bed rest in the hospital for the third consecutive week.Is there any way to have the bill resent with her name properly on it this time? The one I have has her phone number on it, but given it is my name (as I was the primary on the shared account), she is using this to not pay it. If this is not possible, I will look for another avenue to retrieve this money from her.Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to click ‘save’ at the final part of the Automatic Top-ups page, where I am clicking save in order to confirm I’m okay with the PAD terms, but it’s hidden underneath the text explaining all of that… I can’t click it. Is this a glitch? I am on an iPhone, should I try on my laptop instead? I’m not able to currently but I’ll give it a shot later if there isn’t a fix for this. Thanks !

I received a call supposedly from Koodo and the person offered me either an Iphone 13 or Samsung something because I have been a “good customer”. The person asked for my PIN and my email address. Apparently it is not unusual for Koodo to ask these questions by phone. Here is the phone number: 7782147565. I could not check if it is a legit number of not (the number is located in my town though).I’m speaking with a representative tonight but is there anything else I can do until then? 

Hello Guys,Thank you for your time!I was a koodo customer until not long ago. I came to China and so suspended my phone number. Now I saw that the suspension is already expired so I lost my phone number as well as my self-service account. I am still in China, which means I don’t have a valid Canada phone number to schedule a callback. I don’t have a valid self-service account anymore neither. How do I get back my old phone number and start re-subscribing? I really need the number, I filled all documents using that number. I cannot schedule a callback as I am in China without a valid Canada phone number right now. I cannot find the email address for koodo customer service either (believe they do not have one). What should I do?I am so desperate, thank you so much for your help.By the way, I will return to Canada soon. But I need to get my number back before that for many reasons. Thank you!

is this koodo genuinely trying to give me a refund or is this a scam? i dont want to click the link until i know for sure 

I have a used Alcatel flip phone from the US. I just got my Koodo sim card but it says ‘invalid sim’. I realized it’s locked so I entered IMEI for Koodo to unlock but it says ‘invalid IMEI’. I triple checked the IMEI and I have the right 15 digits. Why doesn’t Koodo recognize the IMEI? Is there another way to unlock it?

I am travelling overseas and I want to cancel my plan with Koodo temporarily for a month. After I unlock my phone and insert a new SIM card can Koodo hold my phone number and plan once I get back to Canada and if yes, will I have to pay a fee? 

I got a certified pre-owned phone (iPhone XS) for my father back in March and the phone went completely dead not even 2 months in after having the phone. I followed the instructions for warranty repair, taking to a Telus store. The first store said I had to contact Apple directly and when I did that they said it wasn’t under warranty so it’ll cost $800+ in repairs. I obviously stated it is under the 1-year warranty and they said give me proof. So I opted to try a different Telus store. They were more helpful and actually called Koodo or Apple or whoever they were to call, was able to get a repair ticket made and sent the phone to Apple (in Toronto I guess since that’s the address I saw). 5 days later the phone was returned with a message stating phone can not be repaired due to unauthorized modifications were made to the phone. This was not the case so the rep at the Telus store sent the phone for repair again stating specifically the phone is under warranty and no modifications were m

My emails stopped coming to my phone. It is saying everything is synced. The error message says I'm not connected to a server, yet I'm receiving on laptops. 

Is the charging cable that is used for the Samsung s10 also compatible with the s21 ultra? Or do I need another cable for the ultra?

My phone is currently on a Telus business account.  I plan to retire shortly. I want to move my number to a Koodo starter plan. I just want to be sure that when I do this that I will keep my existing number and that the phone will be removed from my Telus account. It seems impossible to speak to anyone who can confirm this.  Does anyone know?

Hi! Just moved into a new building and we need to get our cell phone hooked up to the building’s callbox. Strata manager is saying someone from ur service provider needs to come out to do this...does Koodo have someone to do this or can we just do it ourselves if we can get access to the room? I'm using a local SIM for calls and data here in Europe. However using my Scotiabank Visa card online requires 2FA to my CDN number and I can't change it. Can I use my CDN/Koodo Sim just to receive the code without incurring charges? I have unlimited SMS both foreign and domestic. I do not want Easy Roam and will turn off data to prevent leakage.

I am ordering (upgrading) to a new phone on line. When I get the SIM is already active? If not how do I activate it?

I need to get a new phone as my iPhone XR is broken and I still owe $240 on the tab. I wanted a iPhone 12 but you want $186 down and I can’t afford to pay the tab plus the amount for the new phone. So being a loyal customer with 3 phones in my account I was wondering if you would waver my tab on my XR to allow me to get a new phone or will I have to switch companies which I don’t want to do.
