I am looking for a flip phone that will let me use Android Auto. Will the Cymbal 2 allow the installation of the Android Auto app.. Is the operating system Android.. and what version??

You need an Android phone to work with Android auto in the car. The cymball is not using Android so you cannot use it with Android Auto.
If you are looking for a flip phone with Koodo,you could try to visit a Koodo store and see if they have the samsung flip2. I don't think it is available online.
