Technically speaking, you are allowed to trade in for a new one, but you will need to pay the remaining Tab Bonus balance on your account. Since you have not finished the 24-month period, you are still liable for the outstanding amount. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/Tab-bonus
To figure out the value of your existing phone, you can bring it to your nearest Koodo store. It will be determined by a third-party vendor.
