Hello everyone, I traveled overseas abroad with my phone and koodo number. My phone was broken and to install WhatsApp on a new one it is necessary to receive an SMS with the verification code. Because I am not in Canada now I cannot receive said SMS. Is there any way that Koodo can send me the code that I will receive from WhatsApp?

If you want to receive SMS overseas, you would need to enable roaming in your account.
Whatsapp is a 3rd party service, and didn’t have connections with Koodo. Koodo can’t send whatsapp message to your whatsapp account.
